The Mental Harm Prevention Roadmap is designed to help you create and implement psychological health and safety initiatives at your workplace. By following the steps, you can take actions to prevent mental harm.

Step 1:

Learn About the 8 Building Blocks

The Roadmap is made up of 8 Building Blocks. The Building Blocks you choose to address first will usually depend on where your organization is at in its journey.

Step 2:

Take the Current State Assessment

Next, it’s important to gain an accurate understanding of your organization’s current state. To do so, take the Current State Assessment of Key Performance Behaviours (KPBs).

Build your Action Plan

After you’ve completed your Current State Assessment, it’s time to build your Action Plan. Decide which Building Blocks you want to prioritize. Each of the 8 Building Blocks have been developed to enable flexibility and continual improvement.

Use the Dashboard to Monitor Your Action Plan

It’s not enough to simply create a plan. In order to achieve desired outcomes, you need to monitor and assess your plan regularly. This is an important part of the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach, and the dashboard will help you do this.
