Your Support Action Plan

Tips from WSPS Consultants

  • By putting effort and care into organizing social activities and events, you can help boost team morale, which can in turn improve employee wellness and productivity.
  • Encourage employees to prioritize time in their work calendars for opportunities to connect. This could be for a simple 30-minute coffee chat or other social events. It’s especially important for those working in remote or hybrid environments.
  • If staff are not connecting when given the opportunity to do so, consider the root cause. Is the organizational culture preventing people from feeling comfortable meeting socially? Do they have the time to connect during work hours for a brief break? Is workload management a concern?
